Who you work with
Kiragu Labs is an independent studio operated by Tito Kiragu in Nanyuki, Kenya, serving clients worldwide. Your written scope or selected offer forms part of these terms.
Starting work
Work begins after payment, access and the minimum information needed to start are available. You are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals and lawful access to the systems involved.
Requests and scope
Fixed projects include only the items listed for that offer and any written clarification agreed before work begins. The membership allows unlimited queued requests with one active request at a time. Large work is divided into reviewable milestones.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including where the agreed service is not supplied. A membership may be cancelled before the next billing date; no new monthly charge is then taken.
Timing
Delivery estimates assume timely access and feedback. A delay in content, approval or access may move the delivery date. Membership requests do not carry a blanket three-week completion promise; substantial work is planned and delivered in milestones.
Ownership and third-party services
After full payment, you own the final custom deliverables created for you, excluding pre-existing tools, reusable methods and third-party materials. Hosting, software subscriptions, fonts, stock assets and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included.
